BONITAS DIMENSIONS inception began 25 years ago in Kitchener, Ontario. At the tender age of 16, I had an opportunity to view one of the famous architectural works of Frank Lloyd Wright. From that moment on my interest in architecture became somewhat of an obsession. Whenever possible, I would take tours of residential areas in different cities to see what was being built and began to draw at every opportunity available. My collection through the years continued to multiply, as I felt driven to draw never knowing for what purpose. It was something I just had to do. Upon relocation back to the Toronto area in 1986, I felt a need to shed some light on the design work I had been doing for so many years. After seeking the expertise of an art curator in Toronto, I was informed that I was a constructivist artist and should take the time to do research on all information featuring the Art Deco years. It came as quite a revelation when I started my research, and realized that everything I had done to-date stemmed directly from that time in history. The introduction into the world of the great architect, Frank Lloyd Wright, entranced me as an artist to such a degree that hence began Bonitas Art Deco.
The resurgence of this timeless beauty into all forms of architecture, interior design and accessories are now available for the discerning Canadian consumer, with the help of Bonitas Dimensions.
